Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Lead in Knowledge Informatics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of data ETL, management, and engineering processes
- Provide hands-on support in building the next-generation knowledge informatics platform
- Develop user interfaces for curation and data maintenance tools based on user requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant domain
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, with experience in full-stack development
- Strong background in front-end web development and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with controlled vocabularies, medical ontologies, and ACMG guidelines is advantageous
