Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Lead to provide strategic direction and leadership on software projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee hands-on development using the Microsoft technology stack and provide mentorship to .NET Developers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
- Expert in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET frameworks
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns and proficiency in Azure cloud services
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex software projects
