Technical Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Manager to ensure optimal performance for solar PV and energy storage assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing a portfolio of distributed solar assets
- Investigate performance issues and coordinate service activities with field service partners
- Own the technical aspects of the Battery Energy Storage System program and contribute to operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in solar technology or related roles, with at least 2 years in Commercial Solar
- 2+ years in client account management or field service coordination
- Familiarity with energy storage technologies and solar monitoring platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and CRM systems
- Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
