Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of customer-facing Public Safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end implementation of E911 and NG911 projects, including hardware, network infrastructure, and software solutions
• Coordinate project execution aspects such as planning, scheduling, vendor management, and training
• Serve as the primary contact for public safety implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications or public safety
• Experience leading large, complex technical implementations with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Strong knowledge of E911 and NG911 technologies and services
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
