Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for the US/Canada region.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the company's products and troubleshoot customer-reported issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during presentations and product demonstrations
- Create and manage technical proofs of value for prospective customers, engaging with internal teams for support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software cybersecurity and/or workforce management
- Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Docker, and PostgreSQL
