Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Manager responsible for overseeing IT processes and leading a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technology needs and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Design, develop, and test application layers while managing hardware and software
  • Develop IT strategies and mentor Help Desk team members to foster a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years' management or help desk experience
  • Certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and design software
  • Ability to present information to top management and respond to inquiries
  • Experience managing technical issues and developing solutions
