Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Technical Program Lead on customer projects for complex CDP implementations and customer satisfaction
  • Develop software development plans, methodologies, and offerings to deliver high-quality results
  • Create a self-regulating organization and align KPIs to strategic goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Management, or related field
  • 30 months of experience in complex CDP implementations
  • 30 months of experience developing custom SQL reports and analysis
  • 30 months of experience with software development and implementation best practices
  • 30 months of experience with Hadoop, Snowflake, Python, and Spark
