Technical Sourcer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates primarily for Design & Product teams and supporting Engineering teams as needed
- Identifying and engaging passive talent while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team
- Tracking pipeline data and ensuring hiring manager preparedness during the interview process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting and/or screening experience in a high-growth tech company
- Experience advising hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Passion for sourcing passive and diverse talent
- Ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with WorkdayRecruit or equivalent ATS experience
