Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers on IT and Business Application related questions
  • Investigate, document, and resolve application defects while managing customer escalations
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support environment is advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and SQL Server performance tools
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries and knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive work to prevent customer escalations
