Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers on IT and Business Application related questions
- Investigate, document, and resolve application defects while managing customer escalations
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
- Previous experience in a Customer Support environment is advantageous
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and SQL Server performance tools
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries and knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive work to prevent customer escalations
