Job Summary
A company is looking for a L2 Technical Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer support calls and document issues or requests in the feedback log
- Assist in testing developed items and report identified bugs or defects
- Communicate with developers and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in .NET Core MVC Framework
- Technical ability to troubleshoot bugs
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
- Ability to reproduce reported issues
- Degree in computer science or information technology is a plus
