Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative to provide remote support for a retinal scanning medical device.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the operation and configuration of the Optos Panoramic200
  • Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity and VPN/broadband problems
  • Log interactions into the CRM system and escalate critical issues to field teams
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
  • PC hardware and configuration skills
  • Intermediate IT networking knowledge
