Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200 operation and configuration
- Troubleshoot network problems and log interactions into the CRM system
- Remotely install/troubleshoot software, perform data migration, and escalate critical issues as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience
- Experience in a customer care environment
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware configuration
- Intermediate IT networking knowledge and a high-speed home internet connection
