Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200 operation and configuration
  • Troubleshoot network problems and log interactions into the CRM system
  • Remotely install/troubleshoot software, perform data migration, and escalate critical issues as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience
  • Experience in a customer care environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware configuration
  • Intermediate IT networking knowledge and a high-speed home internet connection
