Job Summary
A real estate company has a current position open for a Telecommute Closing Services Senior Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Playing a key role in operationalizing the Zillow Closing Services business strategy
- Partnering cross-functionallyto drive process improvements and growth
- Implementing rapid ‘test-and-learn’ pilots to test new go to market strategies and tactics and quickly scale up winning models
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven experience working in program management, business operations, or strategy
- Proficient project management and process improvement background
- “Own it” mentality and unique ability to cut through the noise to get things done resourcefully, efficiently, and independently
- Ability to plan and execute with and through people in a matrixed organization, building positive relationships
- Capable of facilitating meetings and communicating findings and results to project teams, sponsors and management
- Experience in project management methodologies including Agile, Kanban, PMI etc
