Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Information Technology Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and reporting on all incoming technical support inquiries
  • Owning the day-to-day responses to tier 1 customers support cases
  • Testing new customer implementations

Qualifications Include:

  • Worked successfully on a quality management team in a start-up environment
  • Ability to take ownership of your own work
  • Ability to keep track of requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritize and communicate them
  • Ability to test product changes before the bi-weekly desktop deploys and weekly mobile deploys
  • Ability to test new product features in their development phase
  • Problem solving skills
