Telecommute Proposal Technical Writer
Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Proposal Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Provide draft and final input to technical, management, past performance, or personnel sections of proposal volumes
- Interview subject matter experts, creating new text, and tailoring existing information to meet RFP requirements
- Review and edit of proposal sections and volumes, understanding and meeting the proposal schedule
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English or comparable area
- 1-3 years of related technical and proposal writing/editing experience
- Must have outstanding writing and editing skills and experience, specifically focused on Government proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to work to and meet deadlines
- Must have demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
