A science and technology solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Science and Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating customer centric, friendly communications
- Establishing new and following existing standards, processes, templates, and style guides
- Creating instructional IT guides, videos instructions and other content for online and print end user consumption
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience writing and editing IT instructions and IT communications
- Experience with creating professional and engaging instructional how to videos about how to complete IT tasks
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical, prioritization and critical thinking skills
- MS Office expert, proficient with Camtasia, SnagIt and WYSIWYG HTML editors
