Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Case Management Processor who must reside in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Case Management team
- Assist in the initial review of assigned case levels and implement care plans under the direction of the Case Manager
- Coordinate member visits and required services in accordance with member benefit plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
- Associate degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative support role in healthcare preferred, with Medical Assistant experience being a plus
