Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and personnel of the underwriting department
- Develop processes to enhance customer service standards and loan quality
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate underwriting staff performance
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience with Texas loans
- Minimum of ten (10) years of specific underwriting experience
- Five (5) years of underwriting management experience required
- Current FHA/VA underwriting certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
