Job Summary
A company is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to manage scheduling, production, and on-time delivery of creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, production, and on-time delivery of creative assets
- Regularly track and update project statuses
- Review submitted job requests and initiate with appropriate Creative Services resource
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Traffic Coordinator in an in-house or agency environment
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency operating in Veeva Vault
- Sound knowledge of Wrike or similar project management software
