Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transition Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and managing project documentation and coordinating revisions and distributions
  • Preparing standard project status reports and coordinating meetings and communication plans
  • Assisting with project administration deliverables and maintaining project metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree or College Diploma preferred
  • Minimum of one year of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks as assigned
