Transition & Transformation Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Transition & Transformation Integration Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and integrate multiple teams for end-to-end implementation of targeted solutions
- Apply project management disciplines in program governance, including stakeholder and risk management
- Build and lead motivated teams to ensure program delivery meets all commitments
Required Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of experience in leading IT Infrastructure Programs and/or client relationship management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Successful experience as a program manager for at least 3 Complex IT Transitions or Transformations
- Proven program governance knowledge and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project tool
