UM UIM Represented Litigation Adjuster
Job Summary
A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented Litigation Adjuster to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
- Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of HS diploma/GED required
- 5+ years of experience handling Represented Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury claims preferred
- 5+ years of experience handling Represented Bodily Injury claims preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in bodily injury claims handling or a related field
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
