A company is looking for a Verification Specialist I - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls
- Document and accurately enter new or updated information received during verification calls
- Identify and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management
Required Qualifications
- Two years of call center or customer service experience required
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
- Strong typing skills
- Availability for two evening shifts per week and every other Saturday
- Ability to train during daytime hours for at least the first two weeks
