VP of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Accounting to lead and manage all accounting functions related to the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of accounting, including cash management, financial reporting, and balance sheet management for a multi-entity organization
• Collaborate with the Controller to enhance accounting functions and processes, and manage a high-performing accounting team
• Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Master's preferred
• 10+ years of accounting experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• International accounting experience is necessary
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
