VP Structured Finance
Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP Structured Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support for new business transactions from the Structured Finance department and corporate-managed legal entities
- Collaborate with regional business units and corporate partners to develop alternative financial approaches and structures
- Participate in the pricing, execution, and on-boarding of new transactions, as well as structuring reinsurance/retrocession transactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the life and health insurance industry
- 5+ years of experience in GAAP, Statutory, and tax accounting and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of insurance/reinsurance accounting and expert knowledge of life, health, and/or annuity products
- Supervisory experience with strong people management skills
