Job Summary

A company is looking for a Website Account Manager to drive the vision and delivery of their website products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and prioritizing bug fixes and issues
  • Execute monthly reporting with customers to ensure a healthy relationship and provide recommendations for enhancements
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental divisions to provide streamlined service and support for dealers
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of retail automotive management or advertising account management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing strategy
  • Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HTML, CSS, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong analytical skills
