Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM Implementation SME.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide client-side implementation support for a county government agency transitioning to ADP's WorkForceManager solution
  • Review WFM configuration and offer consultative guidance throughout the implementation project
  • Support UAT and training efforts for the client employee base and participate in project update calls


Required Qualifications:
  • ADP Workforce Manager implementation experience, certification preferred
  • Prior experience implementing WFM in a public sector setting
  • Advanced Scheduling experience required
  • Total Absence Management experience required
