Job Summary
A company is looking for a WFM Implementation SME.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client-side implementation support for a county government agency transitioning to ADP's WorkForceManager solution
- Review WFM configuration and offer consultative guidance throughout the implementation project
- Support UAT and training efforts for the client employee base and participate in project update calls
Required Qualifications:
- ADP Workforce Manager implementation experience, certification preferred
- Prior experience implementing WFM in a public sector setting
- Advanced Scheduling experience required
- Total Absence Management experience required
