Job Summary
A company is looking for a Word Processor/Electronic Publisher to support environmental projects and ensure quality in client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document production processes, including drafting, technical editing, and finalization of deliverables
- Format and produce complex documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat for publication
- Coordinate document control, review cycles, and maintain electronic document archiving systems
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree with 2+ years of experience in document development
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Adeptness in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and technical editors
