Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HCM Implementation Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and report for Workday HCM and its associated modules
- Build relationships with stakeholders to advance Workday adoption and ease of use
- Translate business requirements into system requirements and provide end-user troubleshooting and issue remediation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, information systems or related field
- 2 years' HCM or HRIS experience
- General understanding of human resources, benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
- Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience translating business requirements into system requirements
