Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Design Specialist who will create and maintain contact center scripts to enhance client and agent satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit client-specific contact center scripts and process maps
  • Conduct quality assurance testing for new scripts and enhancements
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze and improve script effectiveness based on feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, technical writing, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, contact centers, and technical writing is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to learn and explain detailed business processes
  • Experience with editing and adhering to technical style guides
