Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workflow Design Specialist who will create and maintain contact center scripts to enhance client and agent satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit client-specific contact center scripts and process maps
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new scripts and enhancements
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze and improve script effectiveness based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, technical writing, computer science, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, contact centers, and technical writing is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to learn and explain detailed business processes
- Experience with editing and adhering to technical style guides
