  • Generate weekly schedules and schedule non-phone activities
  • Monitor attendance and schedule adherence, and optimize schedules to ensure service levels are met
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Workforce management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
