Attend company events as needed. Customer service experience required. Associates degree or equivalent on the job training. Experience in HelpDesk/Support environment. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft O/S and Word. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Valid Virginia Driver’s License. 6+ years’ experience in IT support / helpdesk positions. Substantial experience performing technical and system analysis / diagnostics. Experience with device, operating system, software and application troubleshooting.
Required Skills: JIRA/Confluence platform experience. Ability to manage a 15-person team effectively and efficiently. Adept at setting up meaningful KPIs for the Marketing, Sales and HelpDesk teams. Knowledge and experience with Operational Methodology, such as Agile, Scrum, EOS etc.
