Three or more years of professional experience in empowering individuals through fundraising. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to present the mission. Demonstrated experience recruiting individuals to support an organization. All other requirements necessary for this position.
Developing and enhancing partnerships with prospective funders to support fundraising and communication efforts. Leading the development and submission of high-quality proposals. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to write in a compelling manner. Have a passionate commitment to and a sense of urgency for the support of schools. Have a track record of successfully building and stewarding relationships with funders.
Deep knowledge of email and direct marketing fundraising strategies. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Strong background in client and/or project management. Expertise in cross channel support for fundraising efforts.
Must be able to: Implement a strategy of shared philanthropy building. Initiate and build relationships with potential supporters. Execute strategies for solicitation of major gifts. Qualifications Include: Willingness to travel throughout the region as required. A bachelor’s degree.
