Knowledge of companion animal welfare, sheltering, and rescue work. Experience with NYC Benefit table, ticket sales, live and silent auctions. Above average technical skills (Google, Window, Word) Experience with major donor cultivation, solicitation, and Nonprofit events.
Engaging donor communities to support development efforts across the enterprise. Required Skills: 3-4 trips per quarter for team meetings and site visits. 8 years of work experience, including 3-5 years in a non-profit development role. Significant experience in events creation and execution.
Must be able to: Implement a strategy of shared philanthropy building. Initiate and build relationships with potential supporters. Execute strategies for solicitation of major gifts. Qualifications Include: Willingness to travel throughout the region as required. A bachelor’s degree.
