A surrogacy services company has a current position open for a Remote Egg Donor Client Relationship Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage 30 or more cases or “matches” of intended parents
- Guide and educate clients and donors
- Provide first-class customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position that focused on customer service or relationship management
- Experience with the treatment options, emotional aspects, and logistics of the fertility industry
- Some college, preferably in nursing, social work, psychology, teaching or business management
