Job Summary
A company is looking for a 3rd shift IT Manager to support the Boeing Global Services business organization in a virtual position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the 3rd shift support team
- Coach and mentor support staff while identifying areas for technology improvement
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across support teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a support organization
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with software development teams
- 1+ year of experience working 3rd shift
- Leadership experience preferred
- Project management experience is a plus
