Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3rd shift IT Manager to support the Boeing Global Services business organization in a virtual position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the 3rd shift support team
  • Coach and mentor support staff while identifying areas for technology improvement
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across support teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a support organization
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with software development teams
  • 1+ year of experience working 3rd shift
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Project management experience is a plus
