Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing and expanding the customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for customer needs
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue
- Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring high renewal rates and customer retention
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong Salesforce skills and familiarity with Clari or related software is a plus
