Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing and expanding the customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for customer needs
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue
  • Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring high renewal rates and customer retention
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong Salesforce skills and familiarity with Clari or related software is a plus
