Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for consultants and client partners, ensuring trust and satisfaction
  • Oversee the consultant lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Support hiring processes by participating in interviews and aligning with business developers
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting roles
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Experience in building trust and driving accountability within teams
