Key Responsibilities
- Oversees application implementation, enhancement, and support tasks including analysis, development, training, and documentation
- Conducts data collection and identifies workflow improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Prepares training materials and provides ongoing support to end-users, including participation in on-call rotation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder
- Experience with application testing and documentation practices
