Application Support Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Application Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support, including problem replication, triage, and resolution of issues
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in application support or IT operations
- 1+ years of experience with T-SQL, including the ability to write and view T-SQL code
- Basic knowledge of web application functionality and computer systems infrastructure
- Experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred
