Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Engineer to serve as a liaison between customers and partners, providing technical support and promoting improvements in customer support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and partners for technical issues
- Collaborate with the engineering team for troubleshooting and bug fixes
- Triage, log, and monitor all problems and facilitate system improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service or Support role
- An understanding of APIs and working knowledge of databases
- Ability to write queries in SQL and knowledge of Postman
- Experience managing multiple tasks and sensitive data
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
