Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Relations Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigates non-complex employee complaints brought forward and ensures compliance to regulatory policies and procedures
- Reviews and approves all corrective action reports and performance improvement plan documents
- Assumes ownership for investigative case assignments and monitors the status and progress in the case management system
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Employee Relations or a related role conducting complaint investigations related to employment and labor laws
- Basic knowledge of workplace complaint investigations, employee advocacy, and EEO compliance
- Experience gathering, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
