Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advisor, EAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to management on performance improvement and corrective action matters
- Review and approve corrective action and performance management documents
- Conduct investigations of employee conflict of interest disclosures and document findings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
- Experience with case management systems
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
