Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Support Services Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to address and resolve technical issues through various communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor performance metrics and proactively support large customers
- Document customer issues and contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 6-12 months of engineering experience with coding capabilities
- 3-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company
- Experience with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations is preferred
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar ticketing systems and a strong understanding of databases
