Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Support Services Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to address and resolve technical issues through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor performance metrics and proactively support large customers
  • Document customer issues and contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6-12 months of engineering experience with coding capabilities
  • 3-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company
  • Experience with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations is preferred
  • Proficiency in JIRA or similar ticketing systems and a strong understanding of databases
