- Experience with Azure Site Recovery, Backup as a Service, and Disaster Recovery as a Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Lucidchart for documentation and design
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and ITIL Foundation
