Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDC Service Coordinator to manage customer service appointments at automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers to schedule service appointments

  • Utilize the myKaarma scheduling system and maintain customer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; customer service experience is a plus
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and engaging demeanor
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Strong listening skills to accurately address customer needs
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
