Bilingual Customer Service Agent
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Vietnamese).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, emails, and live chat from customers
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries and follow up on complicated interactions
- Record details of customer interactions and identify priority issues for escalation
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers (navigation, typing, etc.) is required
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required)
- Must reside in specific states: Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
