Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Processor responsible for providing quality customer service in the loan processing domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation for compliance
- Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary loan documentation
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
- Working knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
