A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Program Enrollment Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate virtual telehealth visits between prospective members and Nurse Practitioners
- Practice with prospective members on how to connect to the telehealth platform
- Gather insurance information or consent from prospective members when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to coordinate with caregivers, families, and patients, as well as internal stakeholders
