Bioinformatics Analyst I
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating online data resources to disseminate bespoke research data, workflows, and results
- Working with research team members to implement and document novel analytical workflows
- Interfacing with academic and non-profit research partners for integrated and harmonized data sharing
Required Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Statistics, Computer Science or a relevant quantitative sciences
- Expertise in creating custom dashboards and notebooks using RStudio/Posit or similar tools is required
- Prior experience in genetics and genomic analyses, data curation, data visualization, and R scripting
- Experience in Alzheimer's disease research is preferred but not required
